Hello CHS families,
You should have received a 2014-2015 SCHOOL YEAR registration form in one of your children’s folder last Saturday. The registration form is generated per family, so please check all folders. If you have not received a registration form, please contact chsnj.registrar@gmail.com to request one to be emailed to you.
Please follow the directions on the form to make an online reservation for EACH student and note the confirmation code on your form. You should receive an email confirming your online reservation within 48 hours.
Once you’ve completed your online reservation, please submit your form along with payment to complete registration. Please note the only days the registration desk will be accepting payments before the end of the school year are May 31st and June 7th.
The registration form and payment can also be submitted via mail, but we encourage you to submit your payments early at the front desk. Payment must be received and registration completed by August 13th, or a late fee will be incurred.
