Hello CHS families,

Last Saturday, you should have received a registration form for the 2015-2016 school year. The form is generated per family, so please check all your children’s folders. Please follow the directions on the form to make an online reservation for EACH student and note the confirmation code on your form. You should receive an email confirming your online reservation within 48 hours.

Once you’ve completed the online reservation, please submit the registration form along with payment to complete registration. Please note the only days the registration desk will be accepting payments before the end of the school year are May 30th and June 6th.

The registration form and payment can also be submitted via mail, but we encourage you to submit your payments early at the registration desk. Payment must be received and registration completed by August 15th, or a late fee will be incurred.
