Dear CHS Parents and Friends,
CHS is recruiting new teachers and will be holding a workshop for those who are interested in joining the teaching team, or just want to know more about our school curricula and general teaching techniques.
The workshop will start on May 2nd, at 9:30am, for three Saturdays: 5/2, 5/9 and 5/30. There will be group discussion on topics such as effective classroom management and how to promote Chinese language learning for children. In addition to the discussion sessions, there will be arrangements for participants to observe or practice in the classroom environment.
For those who have completed the workshop and are interested in teaching at CHS, the school may potentially offer full-time, assistant or substitute teaching positions starting in the Fall 2015 school year.
