In conjunction and coordination with the Chinese Heritage School (CHS) PTA, CHS is pleased to announce that the School Field Day and Picnic will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2017 at the Hightstown Elks Lodge (110 Hickory Corner Road, East Windsor, NJ 08520).
On Field Day, ALL students are to sign in with their class teachers at Hightstown Elks Lodge at 9:30 AM (DO NOT go to Crossroads school.).
Students MUST be accompanied by a parent/guardian or an authorized adult at all times while the student is participating in the event.
Please fill out an electronic consent and waiver form (link below) for each child on/before September 23, 2017. If you have two children attending CHS, you will need to fill out this form twice (one for each child).
