Dear CHS parents,

It is time for you to come back to the school and meet the teacher! The Back-to-School meeting is scheduled for this Saturday, September 20, 2014. The meeting will take place in the classroom, starting at 11:30 am for K1 and K2 classes; and will start at noon for all other grades.

This is a good opportunity for the parents and teachers to know each other more, for the teacher to share information specific to the class, such as: curriculum, teaching methods, areas of focus and on-going communication channel.

Also, if you have not yet signed the “School Rules” and “Field Day Waiver Form” yet, please locate them in your child’s book bag, sign and bring them back to the teacher on Saturday. If you could not find the forms in the book bag, please find them on the following links:

We would also like to remind you that CHS provides audio files and Quizlet flashcards of chapters for different grades. They are located in the school website (chsnj2000.org) under the menu “Resources” > “Student Resources”. Please contact your teacher for the password.

Please note also that there are no cultural and special interest classes for the students this Saturday. (Note: Tai-Chi class is an exception. Please follow the instruction from Master Chao)
