Dear CHS Families,

The PTA has volunteers to run the Chinese New Year raffle. So please bring in any new items (unopened toys and unused household items) and drop it off at the PTA table this Saturday for us to use as prizes.

The following is an outline for this coming Saturday:

1. Please pickup your lunch tickets at the PTA table before the program in the auditorium starts.

2. Please bring in your raffle items and give it to one of the PTA member or one of the raffle volunteers.

3. Lunch will be served shortly after the performance.

4. Please form 1 line when entering the food area, drop your ticket in a container and pick up a plate with roast pig and roast pork. There will be 3 lines after this, the food choices will be the SAME for all 3 lines. Choose 2 out of 3 rice/noodles dishes and choose 3 out of 4 entrees. As you exit the serving area, please pickup your choice of 1 drink. Forks and napkins will be located outside the serving area.

5. Raffling will begin shortly after lunch and please support the PTA by buying raffle tickets. Raffle tickets will be 2 for $1, 11 for $5 and 24 for $10. Please note that any items on the raffle table can be purchased. Please ask any PTA member or raffle volunteers for assistance.

Lastly, please help the PTA to clean the cafeteria before you leave by stacking up chairs and cleaning any items off the table.
