Dear CHS parents,

The parent-teacher conference is scheduled for this Saturday, April 18, 2015. It is an opportunity for the teacher to discuss your child’s grade, progress and performance with you. Teachers would welcome your feedback on how to make the learning experience more effective.

The meetings start at 11:00am for kindergarten classes, and start at 11:30am for all other grades. Each individual meeting takes about 8 minutes. The teachers should have posted a schedule sheet last Saturday for you to sign up for a time-slot. If you have not yet done so, please contact your child’s teacher or sign-up on Saturday morning before class starts.

While the conferences are in session, teachers have the option of sending the students to room C102 to do homework or coloring/activity sheets. Please check with your child’s teacher of where to pick up your child. Please also note that there will not be student cultural classes this Saturday.

親愛的家長

本週六(2015年4月18日)，是家長座談會，對於家長，這是一個很好的機會，了解您子女的學習進度。老師會面對面與您一同討論你孩子在上課和學習情形，而老師亦歡迎您們提出建議。

家長應在上星期六登記與老師會議的時段，如家長仍未去做登記，請在本週六上課前，向您孩子老師補辦登記。幼兒班會在11：00am開始，而其他班級亦會在11：30am開始，會與每位孩子家長個別見面，而每次會議大約需要8分鐘。

老師與家長會議期間，學生有機會被安排在另一地方自修或進行其他活動，詳情請向您的孩子老師訊問。至於當日原定的文化課亦會暫停一次，敬請留意。
