There is a forecast of 3-5 inches of snow today (Friday Mar 20, 2015) but no snow on Saturday. As of now we think it is UNLIKELY that we need to cancel school this Saturday. However, we would like to send out this reminder.

The following are the snow-day notification procedures:
The school will make school-closure decisions, if any, as soon as we can, but no later than 7:30 am of the school day.
Once a decision is made, there will be an email sent to chs-bulletin and an announcement posted on the school website http://chsnj2000.org

There will NOT be phone notifications anymore.
CHS has a twitter account. You can follow us on twitter @chsnj2000

Emergency notifications will also be disseminated on the twitter account..

So please stay alert. Before you drive to school, please check your mailbox or visit the school website around 7:30 am
