This Saturday, September 10, 2016 will be our first school day. We would like to bring your attention to the following:
1. There will be a Welcome Meeting for New Parents this Saturday, at 10:30am in the cafeteria. We encourage all new parents to come. All current parents are also welcome to join. Please come and meet key staff and PTA representatives; and find out more about the school curricula, cultural programs and PTA activities.
2. Please familiarize yourself with the location of the classroom for your child/ren, to improve traffic efficiency on day-1. http://www.chsnj2000.org/ year/student-assignments/ shows the class assignment information for those who have registered and submitted payment. A floor-map of the school is included at the bottom of the webpage to help you find the location of the classrooms. ( Please note that the password is required to access this information. )
3. For those who have not registered or paid yet, please come early to complete the registration process. If you have any questions regarding the status of your registration, please contact us at chsnj.registrar@gmail.com.
4. This year, CHS will be collecting $10 text-book fee for each student. (Higher fees for C7 to C9 students. They will be notified by their teachers separately). Please give the fee (cash or check, issued to “CHS”) to the class teacher.
5. Please note that we are having a new event this year. On October 1st, CHS is holding a Family Fun Day and Bring a Friend to School Day at the field outside of the Crossroads school. It is a school day, so attendance is required and parents are expected to accompany their children throughout the activities. Note: We are planning to do a raffle as participation prizes. Your donation of new toys and game items will be appreciated. A box will be placed at the front entrance in the next few weeks to collect your donations. Thank you!

華仁中文學校歡迎你!
本星期六，2016年9月10日將是我們的新學年第一個上學日。以下是一些注意事項：
我們將會在本週六，上午10:30在校内飯堂有一個新學生家長的歡迎會。我們鼓勵所有新父母家長到來。我們同時歡迎舊生家長一同前來參加，來認識本校教職員與家長會幹事，去了解更多有關學校課程，文化事業和家長會(PTA)活動。
請家長預早留意孩子所屬班房的位置，避免在新學年的第1天找不到課室。
網址為已報名及已提交付款的學生，提供登記學生課室資料和信息。在網址底部，付有學校地圖，幫助同學們尋找課室的位置。
如同學還未登記註冊或尚未支付學費，可在開學當日早上，提早來到本校來完成註冊程序，如有任何疑問，請電郵至chsnj.registrar@gmail.com查詢。
本年度開始，學校會對每位學生收取十元書簿費用。(高班C7至C9會收取高一些書簿費，班主任會再告知費用內容)。如家長用支票付交費用，請寫上付予”C H S”，再交给班主任老師。
中文學校在十月一日舉辦家長同樂日，當日是正常上課日，亦是本校的開放日，鼓勵學生家長帶同朋友一同到來，當日亦會有抽奬活動，與眾同樂。
為當日的抽獎活動，我們正在收集新玩具和遊戲，我們會在學校正門放置捐增箱，希望大家 能踴躍捐贈，感謝大家。
