Dear CHS Parents,

Welcome to the new school year

This Saturday, September 12, 2015 will be our first school day. We would like to bring your attention to the following:

1. There will be a Welcome Meeting for New Parents this Saturday, at 10:15am in the cafeteria. We encourage all new parents to come. All current parents are also welcome to join. Please come and meet key staff and PTA representatives; and find out more about the school curricula, cultural programs and PTA activities.

2. Please familiarize yourself with the location of the classroom for your child/ren, to improve traffic efficiency on day 1. http://www.chsnj2000.org/year/student-assignments/ shows the class assignment information for those who have registered and submitted payment. A floor-map of the school is included (at the bottom of the webpage) to help you find the location of the classrooms.

3. For those who have not registered or paid yet, please come early to complete the registration process. If you have any questions regarding the status of your registration, please contact us at chsnj.registrar@gmail.com.

4. We would like to remind you about the Facility Entry Policy that the South Brunswick School District required of us:
•Please use the front door (at parking lot along Major Road) as the main entrance.
•Please come to school on time (5 to 10 minutes before 9:30am). Doors are locked when classes are in session, although there will be staff near the front to open for people affiliated with CHS.
•When PTA resources are available, a doorbell will be placed at the back door near the cafeteria.
•Please do not open door for anybody you do not know. Please make sure that the door is locked behind you and do not put any object to keep door open.

華仁中文學校歡迎你!

本星期六，2015年9月12日將是我們的新學年第一個上學日。以下是一些注意事項：

我們將會在本週六，上午10:15在校内飯堂有一個新學生家長的歡迎會。我們鼓勵所有新父母家長到來。我們同時歡迎舊生家長一同前來參加，來認識本校教職員與家長會幹事，去了解更多有關學校課程，文化事業和家長會(PTA)活動。

請家長預早留意孩子所屬班房的位置，避免在新學年的第1天找不到課室。http://www.chsnj2000.org/year/student-assignments
網址為已報名及已提交付款的學生，提供登記學生課室資料和信息。在網址底部，付有學校地圖，幫助同學們尋找課室的位置。

如同學還未登記註冊或尚未支付學費，可在開學當日早上，提早來到本校來完成註冊程序，如有任何疑問，請電郵至chsnj.registrar@gmail.com查詢。

還有一些關於South Brunswick校區，設施使用的注意事項，請各家長和同學留意：
1. 請用學校的正門出入。
2. 請準時，或提早5至10分鐘回到學校(9：30am前)。
3. 請確保課室房門常關，亦不要讓陌生人隨意進入課室。
