CHS 2012 – 2013 is rapidly drawing to a close.
As we strive to continue to improve CHS we need your help. Please fill out the survey (see link below) and provide feedback. If we are doing something well, let us know. If you see areas of improvements, definitely let us know.
When you fill out the survey, you will be provided a confirmation number. Please send that confirmation number to your child’s teacher. The survey confirmation will count towards their homework.
Feel free to let the children assist you in filling out the survey. We would be happy to hear from the parents as well as the children.
