Welcome to the Spring Semester! 

Teacher-Parent Conference 老師與家長座談會
January 12  •  11:00 AM
Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held this Saturday, provides an opportunity for you and your child’s teachers to have an open discussion regarding your child’s performance and progress. If you have not yet signed up for a time-slot, please email the teacher or come early on Saturday to sign up.

While the Conferences are in session, teachers have the option of sending students to Cafeteria to do homework and coloring sheets. Check with the class teacher on where to pick up your child.
There will be NO Children Culture Classes this Saturday, January 12 unless your instructor has informed you otherwise.

“Bring Your Own Cup” BYOC Coffee Break
January 12  •  9:30 AM – 11:30 AM  •  Cafeteria
It’s BYOC Coffee Break this Saturday! Please join us in the Cafeteria for coffee 咖啡, Hong Kong style milk tea 港式奶茶, matcha green tea 抹茶綠茶, and egg rolls 蛋捲. We encourage parents to Bring Your Own Cup (BYOC) for the coffee/tea, so we can save on costs and be environmentally friendly.

Fishballs
January 12  •  10:00 AM – Noon  •  Cafeteria
Cooked fishballs will be available for sale this Saturday, January 12 during snack time. Fishball orders can be picked up from Judy in the Cafeteria from 10 AM – noon. Students will get extra fishballs when order in Chinese!  

Chinese New Year Celebration
February 9
To celebrate Chinese New Year, the CHS PTA is hosting a luncheon for students and their families after the Chinese New Year celebration on February 9. Tickets will be available starting this Saturday, January 12th. Please sign up for this event at the PTA table in the Cafeteria.   PTA will need volunteers to help with game booths, raffle sales, set up and clean up. Please email chs_pta@ymail.com or go to PTA at Cafeteria if you would like to help.
