CHS and the PTA will be holding its annual school activities day on Saturday, Oct 2nd.

Student participation is mandatory and all family members are welcome to join us for a fun-filled day.

The picnic fee includes a BBQ Lunch and drinks. There will be no rain date and NO REFUND!!!

Picnic Fee (費用): CHS Students and children under age 4 are FREE
$5.00 per person (age 5 & up) on or before 9/18/10
$7.00 per person after 9/18/10

• Sign up no later than September 25, 2010 at the PTA table in the School Cafeteria.
• Volunteers are needed for this event. Please let us know if you can help out when you sign up.
• All students must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian.
• Cash and checks are accepted, please make checks payable to CHS-PTA.
