For current CHS families, you should have received a Fall 2012 registration form in one of your children’s folder this week. The registration form is generated per family, so please check all folders. If you have not received a registration form, please contact chsnj.registrar@gmail.com to request one to be emailed to you.

For new students, please refer to our Registration Policy for complete details and to download a payment form for new students.

Please follow the directions on the form to make a reservation online. You will notice we have made some modifications to our online reservation system to simplify the registration process. As a result, if there are multiple students in your family, you will need to make a reservation for EACH student. Please note the DATE and TIME on the payment form once you have made your reservation(s).

Then, starting this Saturday, May 19th, you can submit your form along with payment at the front desk. As noted on the form, if you submit payment before August 1st, the registration fee is waived. However, the only days we will be accepting payments before the end of the school year is May 19th and June 2nd.

The registration form and payment can also be submitted via mail, but we encourage all returning students to submit their payments early at the front desk. Payment must be received by CHS in order for registration to be completed.
