Dear Parents,
As we all know, the CNY festivities and performance celebration will take place this Saturday, February 23rd. Although lunch will not be served that day, we would like to have our students enjoy and take some treats home with them.
In order to be able to provide these treats to the students, we would like to ask for cookies/baked treat donations. The treats do not have to be homemade; the only request that we would like to make about the treats is that nut ingredients should be avoided. Two dozen cookies/treats would be ideal per donation, but any amount would be greatly appreciated. The treats should be drop off Saturday morning (2/23) before 9:45am to the PTA table in disposable containers (won’t be returning containers). We hope that parents understand that these treats are going to be for Students Only.
If you would like to donate treats, please respond to this email with the amount of treats and type of treat as soon as you can so that we have a preliminary look into how many treats we could expect from parents. The goal is to have at least 2 treats per student, and with your help we hope to have more for the students to enjoy.
I would like to thank you in advance for helping make treats available to our students.
Thank you and let’s make this a happy and successful event for the kids,
