[:en]Dear CHS parents,

The Graduation Ceremony for the 2016-2017 school year is scheduled for this Saturday (June 10, 2017). You are cordially invited to the ceremony in the auditorium. Please join to cheer for your children as we conclude this school year.

Some important notes:
1. Parking will be very tight because there is a “Color Run” taking place in the fields between Crossroads North and Crossroads South on Saturday morning. The school has agreed to reserve the front parking lot for CHS. Orange cones will be placed at the entrance to the front parking lot. We will assign a parent/staff to monitor that entrance and only allow CHS families to enter and park at the front lot. So, you are strongly encouraged to arrive early.

2. All graduating students need to arrive by 9:15am; and everyone should arrive no later than 9:30am. Students are to meet their teachers in classroom and then they will go to the auditorium by 9:50am.

3. The graduation ceremony starts promptly at 10am.

4. At the end of the ceremony, all students will return to their classrooms, to receive their report card, other awards and prizes. Please pick up your children from their classroom. PTA is hosting an ice cream social in the cafeteria. Please take your children to the cafeteria to enjoy the treat!

Some additional reminders from PTA:

1. Photo and video orders should be picked up in the cafeteria before the graduation ceremony.

2. There will not be a doorbell on the rear entrance by the cafeteria during the graduation ceremony. Please use the main entrance to the school.

3. Don’t forget to bring a donation for the local food bank! Collection boxes will be at the main entrance, the auditorium and the cafeteria.

4. Courtesy of the PTA, each student will receive a coupon for an ice cream treat from their teacher in the morning. TAs will receive a coupon from their adviser. The ice cream treats will be available in the cafeteria after graduation.
