Dear CHS parents,

The Graduation Ceremony for the 2013-2014 school year is scheduled for this Saturday (June 14, 2014). You are cordially invited to the ceremony in the auditorium. Please join to cheer for your children as we conclude this school year.

We have a very tight program, so please bring your children to school on time (by 9:15am for graduating students; and by 9:30am for all). Students are to meet their teachers in classroom and then they will go to the auditorium by 9:50am.

The graduation ceremony starts promptly at 10am. Besides presentation of the graduation certificates and academic awards, the winners of of the Chinese Video Contest will also be announced in the Graduation Ceremony. If you have submitted an entry, please make sure that you will be there to hear the results and collect the prize!

At the end of the ceremony, all students will return to their classroom, to receive their report card, other awards and prizes. Please pick up your children from their classroom. PTA is hosting an ice cream social in the cafeteria. The teacher will give a coupon to each student. Please take your children to the cafeteria to enjoy the treat!
