Dear Parents,

Attached is a flyer with information on the school’s annual field day and picnic to be held on June 4th at Princeton Country Club.

Everyone needs to sign-up for lunch, including students, so we can ensure we have enough food. Sign up is not required only if you are not eating.

Additionally, we need parents to help at the picnic, so please see Judy to let her know if you can help out that day. This will go towards your parent duty commitment.

親愛的家長

華仁中文學校和家長會將於六月四日(星期六)舉辦每年一度的戶外活動日。歡迎老師、學生、家長及親友踴躍參加。費用包括租用郊遊場地及午餐。風雨不改、不設退款!

每位有意參加戶外午餐的家長和學生，都需要向我們登記，以便我們能夠預備有足夠的食物供應给當日活動。

當日活動急需多位義工幫助活動的維持，所以我們亦現正在尋求您們的幫助，希望家長能夠繼續支持和踴躍參與。
