「智在必得」中文常識問答比賽將於週六 (四月二十七日) 舉行 CHS Quiz Competition will be held this Saturday, April 27 in the Cafeteria with the following three matches.

• 9:45-10:00 AM     C3 vs CSL3
• 10:05-10:30 AM   C4 /C6/CSL5  vs C5/CSL4
• 10:30-11:00 AM   Recess
• 11:00-11:20 AM   C7 vs C8

CHS 10th Annual Fundraiser
April 27  •  10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
CHS 10th Annual Fundraiser will be held this Saturday, April 27 in memory of Mr. Yuk Li and Miss Stephanie Au-Yeung. Any ready to eat food donations will be accepted – it does not need to be homemade. Food donations can be dropped off at the Cafeteria on the morning of April 27. Please email us at Chs_pta@ymail.com  if you will be donating any food items for the fund raiser. All food intems will be available for purchase throughout the day. Please bring containers if you plan to buy food home. Your support and generosity are greatly appreciated. All proceeds raised by the PTA at the Fundraiser will be donated to the school’s operations and existing scholarships in Mr. Yuk Li and Miss Stephanie Au-Yeung’s names. Thank you in advance for your continuous support.

Fishball Orders Picked Up
April 27  •  10:00 AM – Noon
Fishball orders can be picked up from Judy in the Cafeteria from 10 AM – noon. It is mandatory for students who want to buy fish balls to order in Chinese.  And in addition, each additional sentence in Chinese, we will give the student an extra free fish ball (up to 4 for free)! So parents, please tell your child(ren) of this requirement but do not fear, if you can’t teach your child(ren), we have recorded the audio at https://quizlet.com/_2y62cw or go to Facebook from our school website.  We hope this will encourage students to speak more Chinese. Each student should order fish balls by saying “Please, one dollar, or two dollars, of fish balls”.

CHS Town Hall Meeting
May 4  •  9:45 AM – 11:00 AM
Town Hall Meeting on Saturday, May 4th at 9:45 AM in the Cafeteria. We encourage all parents to attend to stay involved in CHS.  We will be sharing a preview of our enhanced, interactive curriculum aimed at keeping our students engaged. We will also be answering any questions/concerns that you might have about CHS. We look forward to seeing you there!
