This is a reminder that the CHS PTA will be holding a fundraiser this Saturday, in memory of Mr. Yuk Li and Miss Stephanie Au-Yeung. All proceeds will be donated to the existing scholarships in Mr. Li and Miss Au-Yeung’s names.

Please come to the cafeteria to see what delicious foods you would like to purchase (and don’t forget to give extra money to your kids so they can make purchases during recess). Some of the items will be available at recess, while some will not be available until 12p. The anticipated food available on Saturday will include:

-(Sweet Rice Soup)
-(Chinese Tea Eggs)
-(Sushi)
-(Fish Balls)
-(Shrimp Chips)
-(Braised Beef Shank)
-(Pork Skin with Radish)
-(Shrimp Chips)
-sesame orange wings
-Rice krispy treats
-Jello
-Cookies & muffin
-(Egg tart)

Available at noon:
-(Beef Chow Fun)
-(Fried Chicken Wings)
-lo mein

We would like to thank the parents and teachers who are donating food or supplying monetary contributions to fund this event. We thank you in advance for your support with what we hope to make an annual event to keep the memories of Mr. Li and Miss Au-Yeung alive.

In keeping with the PTA’s efforts to go green, please bring your own food containers if you wish to bring food home. Please note that your child(ren) will be picked up from the cafeteria after the recital.
