The Chinese New Year celebration event is scheduled for this Saturday, February 21, 2015

Below is the general logistic for Saturday. (For students who are required to do rehearsal, please follow the directions given by the class teacher or instructor.)

1.There is no need to bring school bag, but please bring a snack if needed. (Snack bar is closed that day.)
2.Please have your child wear a Chinese costume if you have one, or wear a bright / red color top for good luck!
3.Please arrive at school by 9:30 am. Students may drop off their coat in the classroom, but do not leave any valuables there.
4.Please bring your children directly to the cafeteria for games. Game cards can be obtained at any game booths.
5.9:30 to 10:30 am Game Time – Parents are required to accompany their children during game time.
.Please take care of snack (in the cafeteria) and bathroom break during this period as well.
.Game prizes can be redeemed from 10:15 to 10:30 or during lunch later.
.Lunch ticket can also be picked up from PTA during this time.
.Chinese cultural craft items will be on sale for fund raising.
6.At 10:40 am, please bring your children to their classroom. Attendance is taken at this time.
7.10:45 to 10:55am Parents and students enter the auditorium and be seated
8.11:00 to 12 noon Cultural performances in the auditorium.
9.After cultural performances, please pick up your children from their classroom.
10.Noon to 1:30pm Lunch and raffle in the Cafeteria

The staff has again prepared some cultural craft items for sale in the cafeteria (please see picture below). All proceeds will be donated to our school. Thank you in advance for your support.

親愛的家長

中國新年慶祝活動,定於本週六，2015年2月21日舉行。

下面是本週六活動學生注意事項。（對於參與活動彩排的學生，請遵循由班主任或輔導員給與的指示。）

1.活動當日學生不需要帶書包上學，但請家長為學生帶備小吃。（小吃店當日會休息一天。）
2.活動當日是慶祝中國新年活動,為增添一些節日氣氛,歡迎學生穿着中國新年服裝,或颜色鮮豔/紅色為主題的服裝出席。
3.請學生和家長在9:30 AM 前能到達學校, 當日學生課室會常開，方便學生放下大衣或用品。(請注意: 貴重物品請跟身，不應留在課室。)
4.活動當日，飯堂設置多個活動遊戲攤位，如不需回課室放下用品的學生，家長可帶他們直接到遊戲攤位玩遊戲。
5.早上 9:30 AM 至 10:30 AM ,是攤位遊戲活動時間，請家長與學生一同參加活動:
.活動期間,請家長照顧自己小孩的小吃和小孩進洗手間事項。
.在遊戲中贏取奬品的學生，可從 10:15 AM 至 10:30 AM 期間,或午餐後领取奬品。
.如有訂購午餐餐票的家長,活動期間.可向家長會職員(PTA)拿取。
.在塲有擺放中國文化手工藝品發售,所有收益將捐贈給學校，歡迎前來選購。
6.請家長在 10:40 AM，帶自己的孩子到他們的課室，老師會為學生作當日出席點名。
7.請家長和學生在 10:45 AM 至 10:55 AM, 進入禮堂就坐,預備觀看中國新年文藝表演。
8.在 11:00 AM 至 12:00 PM, 在禮堂開始中國新年文藝表演。
9.文藝表演之後，老師會帶學生回課室,請家長到課室接回自己的孩子。
10.之後 12:00 PM 至 01:30 PM，在飯堂舉行新年聚餐和抽獎活動，有購買餐票的家長和學生，請到飯堂用膳。

**聚餐期間,會塲會有擺放中國文化手工藝品發售,所有收益將捐贈給學校,感謝您對我們的支持。
