Dear CHS Families,

Due to the rainy forecast for this Saturday, we have decided to move the venue for the event to the school cafeteria. Please do NOT go to the Princeton Picnic Area on Saturday, but go to Crossroads Middle School instead.

Please be aware of the following:

Class photos will be taken on the same day, please have your child/ren wear something colorful.
Students do not need to bring their book bags; there will not be class lessons that day.
Please arrive at the school by 9:30am. Students should report to their regular classroom upon arrival. Attendance will be taken there.
The school has planned some games for the students in the cafeteria, plus taking class-photos in the morning.
The PTA snack bar will be open. Additionally one of the teacher has graciously donated ice pops for the students and we will be handing them out at that time.
If you have purchased the lunch ticket, please see PTA to pick up the lunch ticket.
The PTA will be serving food after 12 Noon, please do not ask prior to that, as the food will not be ready.

Finally, please help to clean up the cafeteria and move the tables back to their original place after the event.
