Tuition for Language Classes

$440 per school year

Cultural & Special Interest Classes for Children & Adults

Current CC/SIC classes and their fees are listed on online reservation form.
Please refer to the CHS website for description of each class.

Reservation for Current Students

Current CHS students will receive a Payment Form from CHS before the registration period begins. Only one form per family will be distributed to one of the students. Parents can make online reservations for all classes (language class, CC&SIC class for children and self) by following the instructions on the Payment Form.

Note: For any new student within a family (new child or adult student), please follow the Reservation Process for New Students for the new student only. Current students may use the Returning Student Payment Form distributed by CHS.

Reservation for New Students

New students joining CHS for the first time, or re-joining CHS after skipping a semester(s) will be required to use the New Student Payment Form. One form per student is required. Parents can make online reservations for each child or self (language class & CC&SIC classes) by following the instructions on the Payment Form.

Online Reservation for All Students

Some important notes while making online reservations:

  1. Please write the top choice of CC&SIC class chosen onto the Payment Form, along with the applicable fee. You will be notified if the 1st choice is not available and the fee needs to be adjusted for the 2nd choice.
  2. Please write the confirmation code provided upon submission of the online reservation at the end. Payment cannot be processed without the confirmation code.
  3. Please sign the payment form to acknowledge release of photos containing your child / your child’s work, as well as the waiver of liability. Registration cannot be completed without an adult signature.

Payment

Payment must be received by CHS in order for the registration to be completed. The payment date is the postmark date if it is received by mail, or the date a check / cash is received in person by the CHS registration team.

Registration Period

Registration starts according to the school calendar and ends on the 3rd class of each semester. After the 3rd class, no registration is accepted and no class change is allowed.

Late Fee

$10 for each student for any class (language and/or CC/SIC). In order to encourage parents to register early so staff / facility planning can be conducted in advance, payment must be received by the payment cutoff date. Otherwise, this fee is applicable.

Application Processing Fee

$10 for each student for any class (language and/or CC/SIC). This fee is applicable whenever a change / transfer of language and/or CC/SIC occurs as a result of parent request after the first week of school. This fee is not applicable whenever a change / transfer of language and/or CC/SIC occurs as a result of CHS request.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Tuition and CC/SIC Fees will be fully refunded during the Registration Period upon receipt of text book and school materials in original condition. After the Registration Period, no tuition or CC/SIC fees will be refunded.

Application Processing Fee is non-refundable at any time when request is initiated by parent/ student. Application Processing Fee will be refunded when a change / cancellation is initiated by CHS.

Late Fee is non-refundable at any time when request is initiated by parent/student. Late Fee will be refunded when a change / cancellation is initiated by CHS.

CC/SIC Material Fee is non-refundable at any time when request is initiated by parent/student. CC/SIC Material Fee will be fully refunded when change / cancellation is initiated by CHS.

A refund check will be sent within 30 days upon receipt of the Refund Form by CHS. **Note: Adobe Reader is required to view this form.
